How do I book my trip?

Use the link on the “book now” tab in order to book your room through Destify. They will easily guide you to find the best deal and room for your stay. Please note there is no room block. Book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the resort. All wedding guests must be staying at this resort in order to attend the wedding and respective events unless they pay for a day pass through the resort. Please submit the full payment 65 days prior to your departure date. Price matching is available at the time of booking through Destify; restrictions apply. Minimum night stays can change at any time. We appreciate you honoring our request to book your room with our Wedding provider, Destify.


How do I find more detailed information on the room options?

Please contact Destify at the bottom of our page for room details and any other questions you may have about them. You may also look at the website for additional information but please remember to book your room on our website.

When should guests plan on arriving?

We encourage guests to arrive no later than Friday, June 27. We plan to have a happy hour Friday afternoon to greet all guests who have arrived! Other than that, feel free to stay as long as you would like and make it your own vacation!


Can I bring my kids?

Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only except for immediate family. We appreciate your understanding.


When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than December 1. However, we recommend booking your room as soon as you receive your save the date to ensure getting a room at the resort for the days you want.


When should I book my flight?

Flight information is ever changing but we do recommend plugging in your dates on a flight watch app to see when the best prices and times to book will be.


Does Riviera Maya require passports?

Yes! Since this is an international trip, you will need a valid passport in order to travel (passport cards are not valid). If you do not already have a current passport, it would be a good idea to apply for one as early as possible as this process can take up to 10 weeks.


Which airport should I fly into?

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN).


How do I get to the resort from the airport?

It is recommended that you pre-book your airport transportation through a third party company the Resort works with. Please reach out to Destify to help you set this up, no later than a month in advance if you choose not to set up transportation when you originally book your room. You may book a shuttle with a group or a private ride. If you prefer to wait until you land, there are also taxis available at the airport, but ensure you have cash handy!


Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

If the weather permits, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on the beach.


What is the dress code?

Beach casual, cocktail attire. Men feel free to wear your nice shorts or pants and button up shirts. No jackets required. Women feel free to help us brighten up the party with bright colored dresses. We are going with a vibrant sunset colored dress theme for those who choose to join. Please feel free to wear sandals and kick them off when you arrive!


How do I make a reservation for a restaurant at the resort?

Most restaurants on the resort do not require a reservation but for the ones that do, you can make a reservation once you check in. However, the buffet will always be available for all meals. For more information on the restaurants, please visit the website or reach out to Destify for availability and booking.
